← Folders & Bulk Manager for Claude

These terms cover buying Pro for the “Folders & Bulk Manager for Claude” browser extension. The free version needs no purchase and is not covered here.
Pro is sold by Sidewing, the developer of the extension. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Polar, which handles checkout, billing, and tax on our behalf. Your card details go to Polar — never to the extension or to us directly.
After payment you receive a license key by email. You unlock Pro by pasting that key into the extension’s popup. Pro is activated on your device; a per-license activation limit applies to prevent abuse — email us if you need to move your license to a new device.
Prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax or VAT is calculated and shown by Polar at checkout and may be added to the listed price depending on your location.
If Pro isn’t working out for you, email sidewingapp@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll refund you in full — no complicated conditions. Refunds are issued through Polar to your original payment method. For annual plans, you can also request a refund within 14 days of any renewal charge.
You can cancel an annual plan any time from the customer-portal link in your Polar receipt email, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your Pro access continues until the end of the paid period. Lifetime purchases have nothing to cancel.
Your license is for your own use. Please don’t share, resell, or publish your license key. We may deactivate keys that are abused or charged back.
We may update these terms; the “Effective” date above shows the latest version. Changes don’t affect a purchase you already made.
